Brilliant fairly clean hotel with friendly service and views of city. All in all favourable location, just next door to the centre of Lisbon, and lisbon's major bridge. Outstanding food in the restaurants such as Doca Seis, located 20 min away.

Staff very friendly, fast and attentive, good restaurant for dinners, great breakfast buffet, spacious rooms, nice bathroom.
Location not ideal for citytrip but had a conference not that far way so location for that was good. However, there was a crazy wild houseparty organised right behind the hotel the 2nd night I stayed over (Friday night). The music was incredibly loud - and started aroudn 2:30 in the morning - not stopping until 5:30. So only slept for 3 hours. The whole hotel woke up, and I complaiend about it in the morning. It was -of course- not organised by the hotel but they didn't really do anything to stop the loud music (trust me, it was like a bunch of ravers were in my hotelroom with 5 million ghetto blasters). If these parties are organised more regularly, a solution has to be found - either offering discounts and warning guests, as well as providing (very good!) earplus; or just complaining to the police and local authorities about the parties so they can be ended. Besides this, the hotel was great, but due to this incident, I would never come back.

The rooms where very clean and the hotel was very modern. It was walking distance to the bars on the docks and only 20 min walk into Belem. The staff where very nice and helpful as it was our first time in Lisbon.
The downside was it was right under the bridge so a little noisy but it didnt bother us that much. The city is not near to the hotel but there is a number 15 tram next to the hotel that takes you into the city center but be warned the trams are very busy and if I went again I would get a day ticket for the tourist bus, its a lot easier.

I choose this hotel because Booked.net talks about the indoor pool and sauna etc. How ever I as a guest of the hotel, if I want to use these facilities I need to pay a 11 Euro charge for each day I use them. This was not mentioned on the Boooking.com website and as a result I feel a ripped off. There was also a 2.5 euro a day charge for a lock for the room safe. This is also something I feel should be included in the cost of the room. When these extra charges are added the cost of the stay for one week increases by (7x11)+ (7x2.5)= 94.5 Euro’S. So that the real cost of a weeks stay is 406 + 94.5= 500.50 Euro’S. Like I said I feel ripped off.

I was very surprised that there were no Tea / Coffee making facilities in room. This would put me off staying again as I have travelled extensively throughout the world on a very regular basis and even two and three star hotels I have stayed in have this facility ! A kettle for boiling water at the minimum I think should be supplied in rooms.

Next to the Lisbon Conference Centre Spacious rooms and general comfort Great Value for money
Noise outside (one needs to use AC). Paid WiFi in the room (+ very complex access codes) Some rooms are apparently for smokers

The indoor pool was perfect for my kids, and we absolutely loved the stunning view of the river from our suite on the 7th floor! The hotel had a great sauna and a relaxing garden area to unwind. The only downside was that the room could use a few more power outlets for our devices. 😊
